Great to meet you!

I am a California Licensed Marriage & Family therapist. I believe the most transformational aspect of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist; the sense of trust, empathy, and security are the foundational building blocks to healing. Seeking help can be one of the hardest and bravest steps to take in one's healing journey. I have been practicing for 6 years and now mainly work with adults of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and PTSD.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone has a unique story and all deserve an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners and collaborators in your therapeutic journey. Open communication, feeling respected and heard, is important to me in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you,

I believe that working together to understand and change one's internal and external worlds helps to clear a path to a more meaningful, fulfilling life with yourself and with others. I look forward in helping people transform their relationship with themselves.

What you can expect from me

I will start with an introductory session, where we can first meet. You will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment, without judgement, that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. Together we can work on acceptance and healthy coping skills. We will build an understanding of who you are as a person so as to realize your strengths and fortify them.
