Great to meet you!
At the heart of every relationship is the hope to feel heard, loved, and understood. But even the most well-intentioned couples can find themselves stuck, caught in cycles of high conflict, disconnection, and communication breakdown. I work with couples who are struggling to reconnect, to repair trust, or to simply feel like they’re on the same team again.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University and my Master’s degree from Loyola University, specializing in child and family therapy. I completed my clinical training in police social work, providing counseling to families in crisis with an emphasis on family restructuring.
In addition to my professional background, my work is shaped by personal experiences of being a wife and mother for over three decades. living abroad and navigating multicultural family dynamics. These experiences continue to deepen my appreciation for the complexity and resilience of intimate relationships.
