Great to meet you!

Welcome to Your Path to Healing and Peace

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and having a safe, supportive person to walk alongside you can make a meaningful difference. I believe counseling should be a place where you can be honest about what you're experiencing, feel understood without judgment, and begin finding a path forward.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State with an MA in Counseling from Multnomah University. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 20 years working in the nonprofit field in a variety of roles, from direct services to program management. Those experiences gave me the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and taught me to see the whole person—not simply the challenges they are facing.

I primarily work with women age 18 and older who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, women's issues, or grief and bereavement. I am trained in EMDR and draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based, psychodynamic, strengths-based, solution-focused, and Internal Family Systems approaches.

My approach to therapy

Specialties Tailored to Your Journey

I don't believe you are defined by the struggle that brought you to counseling. I want to understand your story, your relationships, your strengths, your patterns, and the experiences that have shaped you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, accepted, understood, hopeful, encouraged, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.
