Great to meet you!

As a therapist I have a genuine interest in humans and human behavior. I have been in the Mental Health Field since 2006. I have had multiple experiences that has helped me to be aware of problems that individuals may face today. I use CBT, SFT, and other Modalities using a humanistic approach to understand and guide you. I accept you as you are and will guide you with all training and experiences as the backdrop. I believe that life is a journey with many surprises.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a necessary component in life. I use therapeutic interventions that suit the individual in that moment. With this style in approach it allows different ways to solve issues and to guide you as a person. I believe you have the answers to grow, I just show the way.

What you can expect from me

In your first session I will gather as much information/demographics as possible. We will identify what the main concern is at the forefront. The second meeting we address the concerns and develop a strategy to recovery. Beyond the initial sessions we work closely to improve you as an individual and develop skills that you take beyond the therapy room.
