Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual LMFT with over 6 years of experience helping others meet their personal goals. I pride myself in being empathetic, respectful, patient, with a great sense of humor when appropriate. My clients are often overwhelmed with daily life stressors, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting struggles, or working through past trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and person-centered. I will collaborate with you to make sure we identify your personal goals. I combine cognitive behavioral therapy and other techniques to insure you are learning helpful coping strategies in the process of getting you where you want to be in life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know each other. My initial goal is to learn what you would like to achieve in therapy. I will ask a lot of questions but will also provide a safe space for you to ask me questions about the therapy process.
