Great to meet you!

Seeking support is a significant, courageous step and I am honored to take this journey with you. My practice is built on a foundation of warmth, clinical expertise, and a genuine commitment to your healing and growth. While you are the expert on your life, I will provide the structure and tools to help you navigate toward the clarity you are seeking.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Director, my work is informed by extensive experience in diverse clinical settings in which I have dedicated my career toward helping individuals move through complex life transitions.

My approach is particularly well suited for those who value a solution-oriented, direct, yet deeply compassionate partnership in their healing journey.

Outside the office, I find balance and grounding through mindfulness (I can teach you too), presence and intentional movement. I am an avid fan of audiobooks, photography, and spending time outdoors hiking as well as having a genuine love for animals which always brings a sense of joy and perspective to my day.

I look forward to helping you find the same sense of groundedness and balance in your own life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, collaborative and solution-oriented. I believe in working together to understand the unique challenges you are facing, helping you identify patterns that no longer serve you, and implementing practical strategies to create meaningful, lasting change. Above all, being present, connecting, and ensuring you always feel heard and understood.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority to to create a safe, welcoming space where we can begin to get to know one another. We will spend time discussing your current goals and what brought you to seek support at this time. This initial meeting is an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I work, while I learn more about your story. Together, we will outline a path forward that feels supportive, manageable and aligned with your personal needs.
