Great to meet you!

The struggles of infertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period are unique and complex. Not only am I trained in perinatal mental health with years of experience helping people at all stages of the parental journey, I’m also a mother myself, so I am deeply passionate about improving maternal mental health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am focused on helping people through any part of the parenthood journey whether it is becoming pregnant, pregnancy, pregnancy loss or early parenthood. I focus on deep listening and guided exploration to understand your unique situation. We will then work together to create goals or a focus for therapy in order to transform your parenthood journey. You deserve to have joy and ease in this huge life transition.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients feel heard and understood in the first session. We explore the many factors that have brought you to therapy. From there we set a focus for the our therapy relationship and begin the process of healing. You will start to see a way through whatever you are struggling with after the first session.
