Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a client-centered, solution-focused CBT therapist. I help my clients build their personal power, coping strategies, and practical life skills. I take an active, hands-on approach to therapy, creating a collaborative and engaging space where you won’t feel like you have to do all the talking. Together, we set clear goals and work toward them with a combination of support, evidence-based psychotherapy, and skills training for meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to the science behind what we do. All the therapies and techniques I use are grounded in established research. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist (C-DBT) and I hold the advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-II (CCTP-II). I am trained in Inferenced-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). Coping, empowerment and resilience are skills that can be learned. Partner with me to find the peace, joy, and purpose you deserve.

What you can expect from me

I incorporate psychoeducation because research shows that people tend to make greater progress when they understand the nature of what they are experiencing and why certain patterns persist. I use homework to apply what was gained in session to your real-life situations and daily challenges. Some sessions will feel more like traditional psychotherapy and emotional support, while other sessions will feel more like an interactive workshop.
