Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported. I strive to create a comfortable and grounded space where clients can be themselves and move at their own pace. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use concerns. I bring warmth, care, and authenticity into the work we do together.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm and grounded approach to therapy, balancing emotional support with practical strategies. I help clients explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected while focusing on real life skills that support growth and stability. My work often includes supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, life stressors, and substance related challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we can focus on getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your concerns, what you're hoping for, and what has or hasn't been helpful in the past. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and supported while beginning to identify areas we can work on together. There is no pressure to share everything at once, as we move at a pace that feels right for you.
