Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping high-functioning adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions — people who are managing a lot on the outside but quietly struggling on the inside. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to truly listen and quickly identify the root of what someone is experiencing, while seeing the whole person, not just the symptoms. I am deeply passionate about mental health and understand the stigma and cultural barriers that can make it hard to ask for help. My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can finally feel understood. Outside of my work, I'm passionate about health and wellness, personal development, and spending quality time with my family — values that carry into how I show up for my clients every day.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and solution-focused. I draw on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Therapy to help clients build practical skills they can use in real life. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — I take time to understand your unique circumstances and create a treatment plan that is personalized, meaningful, and sustainable. I consider the whole person, not just the presenting symptoms, and I work alongside you to build clarity, confidence, and emotional balance at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Many people come to their first session feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck — and that's completely okay. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly where to start. In our first session, I'll take time to truly listen and understand what's brought you here, what you've been experiencing, and what you're hoping to feel differently. Together, we'll begin laying the groundwork for a personalized plan tailored to your goals. My priority is to make sure you leave that first session feeling heard, less alone, and with a clearer sense of what our work together can look like.
