Great to meet you!

My name is Linda Onunkwo, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and elderly experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, and life stress, especially those who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care through medication management and a holistic, patient-centered approach. I take time to truly listen and work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and goals.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping individuals regain control of their mental health and rediscover peace in their lives. If you’re ready to feel better, I invite you to reach out, I’m here to support you. I work best with individuals who are ready to actively engage in their care and prioritize their mental health. Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to help improve focus, reduce anxiety, stabilize mood, and restore balance. My goal is to help you feel more in control of your life and move forward with confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, you can expect a supportive evaluation where you feel heard, understood, and not rushed. Together, we will identify concerns and build a clear path toward feeling better. My approach is warm, culturally sensitive, and focused on efficient, compassionate care you can trust.
