Great to meet you!

I’m Linda Orji, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over Eleven years of experience in health care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals with both medical and psychiatric conditions, which deepened my understanding of the powerful connection between the mind, body, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My passion lies in helping people navigate their mental health journeys with compassion and evidence-based care. I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported in ac

In my practice, I provide comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans. My approach is holistic, recovery-oriented, and client-centered, integrating techniques such as psychopharmacology, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to care. We’ll talk about your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to feel or experience differently. My aim is to create a safe, judgment-free environment where you can speak openly and feel supported from the start.

Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized plan that fits your needs—whether that includes therapy, medication management, or lifestyle strategies. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and confident that we’re working toward meaningful change, one step at a time.
