Great to meet you!

I’m Linda, and I’m so glad you’re here exploring whether we might be a good fit. With 35 years of experience, I bring warmth, wisdom, compassion, tolerance, and deep acceptance into every session. I truly love the work I do—each client is unique and deeply valued.

Couples therapy is my niche. I work with monogamous, open, non-monogamous, and polyamorous relationships, and I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+, queer, non-binary, and kink-affirming partnerships. Many of my clients seek a therapist who offers not only clinical skill but genuine warmth and creativity in helping increase communication, intimacy, and emotional safety.

In addition to couples work, I support individuals navigating women’s issues, relationship struggles, early childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, addiction, eating disorders, body image concerns, and gender-related issues. I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families.

I’ve been doing this work for over three decades—and I’m always learning. Workshops, reading, and my clients themselves continue to deepen my understanding. I even attended the original Woodstock (a little hint about my generation!), and I bring that spirit of openness, growth, and authenticity into my practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, supportive, and insight-oriented. I believe therapy is about weaving together the tapestry of your life—the vibrant colors, the darker threads, the smooth sections, and the bumpy patches. You already possess the inner tools for growth; my role is to help you uncover and strengthen them.

I use a combination of mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral strategies, relational therapy, and trauma-informed approaches tailored to your needs. I also provide supportive psychotherapy for individuals who have used psychedelics and are seeking integration work to deepen insight and growth.

For couples, we focus on enhancing communication, rebuilding trust, negotiating relationship agreements, and fostering intimacy. For individuals, we explore identity, self-worth, emotional regulation, and patterns rooted in early experiences.

My style is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming. I meet you where you are and help guide you toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what’s feeling stuck, and what you hope to create in your life or relationship.

I’ll listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions to understand your story. Together, we’ll begin shaping a direction for our work—one that feels aligned with your values and goals. Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved, hopeful, and understood.
