Great to meet you!

These are bewildering times. Facing the day can feel overwhelming. If you no longer feel joy, I get it. And I can help. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I use evidence-based practice, balancing medication, holistic tools, and therapy to guide you to a brighter future. As an experienced midwife, I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health. I also have experience in treating children, teens, and seniors. My patients grapple with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other challenges.

My approach to therapy

I specialize and believe in the art of medication management for psychiatry. I understand that medication can be essential in treating mental health concerns, but it is only one piece of the puzzle.

I take a careful and balanced approach to prescription medications. I evaluate the latest research and consider the risks and benefits of different treatments. I work closely with you to understand your unique preferences and values and to develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

During a typical session with me, you can expect a comfortable and safe environment where you can express your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I will actively listen to you to understand your unique needs and concerns.

I will provide education on mental health, medications, and other treatment options, helping you to make informed decisions about your care. I will also work with you to establish goals and objectives for your treatment and regularly review progress toward those goals.
