Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m excited to introduce myself to you. I’m Linda, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A graduate of Temple University, go Owls, my career as a therapist of the past 15+ years has given me the privilege of providing therapy to those across the life span. I am specifically trained in Cognitive Therapy from the Beck Institute and TF-CBT serving those with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Panic Disorder for adults and adolescents. I also utilize Strengths-Based Approaches in addition to Motivational Interviewing in my practice.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe environment to explore, process and heal while finding your resilience and self-confidence. Trust can take time; as we develop our relationship you can expect me to challenge you through empathy and compassion, work at your pace, and creatively forge a path that works for you. I am here to not only be your therapist; but to also be your cheerleader, your sounding board, and to help you navigate the difficult conversations with yourself to see you through your goals.

What you can expect from me

I often use Cognitive Therapy in my practice. In our sessions, we'll explore the things bringing you to therapy and prioritize the most important issues. With CT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions, experiences, and reactions. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to challenge those thoughts using your strengths and a little irreverence and playfulness to change your feelings for the better.

My hope is our time together will provide you with the perspective and tools you need to see your resilience and strength in this world.
