Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Linda, a doctoral-prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate their mental health. I provide compassionate, personalized care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. I believe you should feel heard, respected, and comfortable in treatment, so I take a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach. My goal is to work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and helps you feel more stable, confident, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to mental health care. I begin by listening carefully to understand each client’s concerns, strengths, experiences, and goals, and then work together with them to create an individualized treatment plan. My practice focuses on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive therapy, and evidence-based approaches for concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and behavioral or mood-related challenges. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and supported throughout their treatment journey.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you have the opportunity to share what brings you to treatment. We will discuss your current concerns, mental health history, goals, and any factors affecting your emotional well-being and daily life. Together, we will work toward understanding your needs and developing an individualized treatment plan, which may include therapy, medication management, or a combination of both. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your care.
