Great to meet you!

As a fellow traveler, grounded in both neuroscience and the sacred, I walk with people through the wild ache of being human — with attunement, depth, and a fierce belief in their forgotten magic.

I’m so glad you’ve landed here.

Are you longing to make meaningful changes in your life? Strengthen your relationships? Understand behaviors that no longer serve you? Maybe you carry a story that’s been waiting to be witnessed. Starting this kind of deep inner work takes courage. I would be honored to walk beside you.

My approach to therapy

I blend traditional talk therapy with modern, evidence-based approaches like CBT, somatic work, and attachment-based interventions. My lens is always trauma-informed and shaped by my own lived experience as a neurodivergent person. This allows me to bring attunement, flexibility, and compassion into our work together.

What you can expect from me

My commitment is to offer a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore, grow, and heal.

Together, we’ll identify your goals and create a clear path forward.

I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths, embrace their true selves, and develop deep self-compassion — so they can live with more authenticity, freedom, and peace.

I’ve spent over 20 years serving my community in various helping roles. In 2020, I expanded my scope of practice by earning a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and now work as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Let’s get to work:)
