Great to meet you!

There are things that are hard to put into words in any language, let alone to a stranger. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors in both English and Spanish, bringing warmth, cultural understanding, and a genuine belief in each person's ability to move through hard times. My work often centers on depression, relationship struggles, family issues, and the impact of trauma and loss. Whether you're carrying something that has been building for years or a situation that has recently become too much to handle alone, you don't have to figure it out by yourself.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is grounded in your goals, your voice, and what actually needs to change in your life. When you're dealing with depression, we work to understand what's underneath it and build toward days that feel lighter and more like yours. When relationship patterns keep repeating or a rupture has left things feeling unsteady, we look at what's driving those dynamics and how to shift them. I also work with people who have lived through trauma, including experiences of violence, loss, and things that still show up in daily life. I ask a lot of questions, and I mean that as a strength. The more clearly we can see what's happening, the more purposefully we can move forward together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll want to know what's bringing you in, what you've tried, and what you're hoping for. From there, we'll start building a plan that puts your needs and choices at the center. If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you. I look forward to working together.
