Welcome to my profile and best to you on your journey of mental health! My intent is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, positive place for my clients to heal and grow. My degrees are in Clinical Psychology (M.A. from Pepperdine), a Minor in Women’s Studies (gender, feminism) Certificate in Psychoanalysis, Trained in Attachment Focused EMDR. My approach to therapy

My approach includes Psychoeducation and Resources for empowerment, lots of listening and getting to know you (for understanding and relationship building) and many options for therapy interventions based on my many years of experience and extensive training. My approaches include CBT, Psychodynamic, Systems, EMDR, IFS informed, Holistic (Mindfulness, Somatic).

What you can expect from me

I provide a collaborative and flexible environment. My clients communicate areas they would like help with and I offer various options for how to help. We check in at the beginning of sessions for how to proceed.
