Great to meet you!

Feeling down, sad, hopeless, overwhelmed, on edge, or just stuck? I know what that's like & you've come to the right place. Together, we’ll choose an approach from my therapeutic tool bag to pinpoint what's bothering you, identify your triggers while also enhancing your coping skills to get you BACK to a better YOU. As a Latina born & raised in NYC, besides some hard knock life experiences & a solid higher education, I feel equipped & confident that we can work through your concerns together.

My approach to therapy

It's important to feel trust, feel heard and connected in any relationship, and therapy is no different, so that's what's most essential in our work together, especially in the beginning. Being transparent, supportive, and open-minded, accepting that we're all human, which means we're imperfect. Once we get there, you will see that Tchange is in your hands.

What you can expect from me

I’m so grateful for the increasing awareness of the need to practice Mental Health Self-Care. You will learn that practicing self-care is not selfish, it's smart! And by taking care of your mental health you'll feel empowered and whole, empowerment is so satisfying and fulfilling! Thank you for considering me to be part of your journey. I can only act as your guide, but if we work together, I promise that YOU will not be alone! WE got this!
