Great to meet you!

Welcome! Understanding how challenging it can be to find the right support, I take my role as an advocate seriously. With over fourteen years of experience in mental health, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work, offering a well-rounded approach to therapy.

I hold two master's degrees: one in Sociology, which deepened my understanding of the systemic and social factors affecting mental health, and another in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, where I learned to bridge theory with practical, effective support. In addition, I completed a year of graduate-level training in School Counseling.

My practice is best suited for clients who identify as neurodiverse, BIPOC, women, and/or members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I also have specialized training and experience in supporting individuals with substance use concerns.

My approach to therapy

I begin our therapeutic journey by understanding what you’ve already tried and how those approaches have worked for you. From there, we work together to find strategies that align with your unique needs, preferences, and learning style. I specialize in narrative therapy, somatic work, and trauma-informed approaches, and may incorporate elements of DBT and ACT. Overall, I ensure I have your consent every step of the way--therapy with me is collaborative above all else.

What you can expect from me

Clients I work with often gain practical coping skills, stronger communication and relationship tools, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their needs. Many also experience reduced activation in response to trauma triggers and stress, along with greater clarity around their goals, career, and lifestyle.

Above all, my goal is for clients to feel truly seen and heard—knowing they’re receiving the kind of support they’ve been seeking.
