Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families for more than 25 years, and I still genuinely love what I do. When someone trusts me enough to share their story, I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive therapy session where we can work together to address the “stuff” of your life, including anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, grief, or a difficult life transition.

My approach to therapy

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I balance compassion with honesty. I strive to create a space where you feel understood and accepted while also being gently challenged to move toward the life you want. I believe lasting change comes from combining new self- understanding with practical action. My goal is not only to help you feel better in the moment, but also to help you build a life that feels more aligned with your values, relationships, and sense of purpose.

What you can expect from me

  • A kind and nonjudgmental approach where you can feel comfortable sharing your story
  • A collaborative conversation to understand your concerns and begin identifying meaningful goals for therapy
  • Insight into the patterns that might be keeping you stuck, along with healthier ways of responding
  • Practical tools and strategies you can begin using between sessions
