Linda Sessions

Hello, I’m a warm and mature African-American therapist, originally from New York City and proud to call Florida home for over 20 years. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida and have spent more than 15 years walking alongside children, families, and older adults through life’s challenges.

Throughout my career, I’ve also had the honor of providing clinical supervision to multiple teams of therapists and student interns for over 12 years—supporting their growth, confidence, and development as compassionate professionals.

My approach to therapy is genuine, down-to-earth, and centered around connection. I believe that healing happens through honest conversations, mutual respect, and a safe space where you can show up fully as yourself. It’s truly a joy to integrate my faith with my therapeutic experience, helping clients find hope, wholeness, and renewed purpose.
