Great to meet you!

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, and I bring a whole-person perspective to psychiatric care — combining medication management with proactive medical evaluation, including lab work, to support your overall health. I have extensive experience across a range of psychiatric settings and a deep knowledge of psychiatric medications. Many of my patients have struggled for years before seeking help, and walking alongside them as they make progress is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. I'm passionate about mental health both because of personal experience and because of the real, lasting improvements I've witnessed in my patients' lives. Outside the office, you'll find me at the beach, swimming, spending time with family and friends, or walking my dogs.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person approach to psychiatric care. Beyond medication management, I incorporate proactive medical evaluation — including lab work — to ensure we're addressing the full picture of your health. I focus on helping you build sustainable self-care habits and learn practical tools to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and support your day-to-day wellbeing. My style is calm and supportive, and I aim to create a space where you feel heard and never rushed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll take time to understand your history, your current challenges, and your goals for treatment. We'll talk through your symptoms and any previous experiences with psychiatric care or medication. My approach is collaborative — I want you to leave our first meeting with a clearer picture of what's happening and a sense of the path forward, whether that involves medication, lifestyle tools, additional medical evaluation, or a combination. You can expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where your questions are always welcome.
