Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist with more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate life’s complexities. I specialize in supporting adults through grief, trauma. anxiety, depression, and the quiet, complex forms of suffering that often go unseen. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic therapy, and EMDR, I help clients cultivate the tools needed to hold painful emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them.

My approach to therapy

EMDR allows us to work gently and effectively with the nervous system, helping to move through trauma and persistent emotional pain, while ACT, IFS, grief, somatic and mindfulness therapies can support the development of resilience, self-understanding, and reconnection with meaning and purpose, honoring both pain and the capacity for renewal.

What you can expect from me

Our work together is collaborative and paced to ensure a sense of safety and trust. My goal is to help you increase emotional awareness, reduce distress, build resilience, and move toward a more meaningful and connected life.
