Great to meet you!

I offer an environment of ease and attentive listening as a place to begin. Our work together will help you feel more grounded and less overwhelmed, so painful emotions can be met with understanding and long held patterns considered from new perspectives. Over time, you can expect to move through life with more self compassion and steadiness.

With more than 15 years of experience in office, hospital and hospice settings as a hospice chaplain, I have helped adults navigate grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and crises of purpose and meaning.

My approach to therapy

I employ IFS, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), grief, somatic, and mindfulness therapies, to encourage self-understanding and reconnection with meaning and purpose while honoring both pain and the capacity for renewal. I can also offer EMDR to work gently with the nervous system, which helps to process trauma and persistent emotional pain.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to ensure a sense of safety and trust. My goal is to help you increase emotional awareness, reduce distress, build resilience, and sustain a more meaningful and connected life..
