Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you are given the space to better understand yourself, explore the challenges that may be holding you back, and reconnect with your own inner voice.

My role is to be a compassionate witness and guide as you build awareness, develop meaningful insight, and create a life that feels authentic and aligned with your values. Throughout our lives, our own beliefs, needs, and intuition can become overshadowed by the expectations and experiences of others. This can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and contribute to feelings of anxiety, sadness, confusion, or isolation. I am passionate about helping individuals rediscover their strengths, build self-trust, and develop the confidence to move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, self-harm, trauma, parenting challenges, divorce, and family or relationship concerns. I incorporate a holistic, mind-body approach into my work by exploring the connection between emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations. I believe our bodies often communicate experiences that words alone cannot fully express, and developing awareness of these signals can be an important part of healing and growth.

I am proud to provide an affirming, inclusive space for individuals from diverse and marginalized communities.

I look forward to connecting with you soon!

My approach to therapy

I have experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings. I recognize that every person’s experiences and ways of processing emotions are unique, which is why I use an integrated therapeutic approach tailored to your specific needs and goals.

My aspiration is to help you gain the clarity, confidence, and self-understanding needed to navigate life’s challenges and to create meaningful change. I believe that when we become more connected to ourselves, we are better able to experience healing, fulfillment, and inner peace.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be very relaxed. We may have to dig into some difficult conversation, but I will never push you. I believe the relationship is the intervention. Without time, trust, and comfort, we won't reach your full potential!
