Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Linda, and I'm so glad you're here.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I'm honored you're taking the time to find someone who feels like the right fit. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience helping adults navigate life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, self-esteem, and major life transitions. My background in healthcare has given me the opportunity to work with individuals from many different walks of life, each with their own unique experiences and strengths.

I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are without fear of judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and grow.

Outside of my work, I'm someone who values authenticity, compassion, and meaningful connection. I love seeing people recognize their own resilience and celebrate the progress they make, no matter how big or small.

I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and accepted for who you are. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I'll meet you where you are while also gently challenging you when needed to help you grow. You don't have to have all the answers or know exactly where to start that's something we'll figure out together.

I take a person-centered approach and tailor each session to your individual needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills you can use in everyday life.

Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're managing anxiety, navigating a life transition, healing from difficult experiences, improving relationships, or simply seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you feel more confident, empowered, and equipped to move forward.

Therapy isn't about being "fixed" it's about having a supportive space to heal, learn, and become the version of yourself that feels most authentic.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. There's no pressure to share everything at once or have all the answers. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

During our first meeting, we'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I'll also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, and overall well-being so I can better understand your unique experiences and strengths.

Together, we'll identify your goals and begin creating a plan that's tailored to your needs. Most importantly, my goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we'll do together. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I'm committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
