Great to meet you!

I have spent over 20 years as a psychotherapist and executive coach in a university and medical setting making me uniquely qualified to help people with behavioral solutions to work and personal issues, stress, anxiety, anger management, relationship issues, and work life balance. I empower people to decrease their negative thinking and build new insights into their own natural strengths and creating awarenesses to triggers that may keep them from being their best selves.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approached is centered on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused, strength-based and somewhat of an eclectic balance based on your story and how we can best achieve your goals. I am non-judgmental by nature, so people feel safe and comfortable sharing their deepest concerns.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space to provide support as we explore better ways of coping and gain greater life balance and sense of well-being. Together we discover new insights to improve greater life satisfaction and enjoyment.
