Linda Standley

I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant specializing in Relational and Complex Trauma.

My style is client centered and growth oriented. While my primary orientation is EMDR, I am eclectic and employ tools taken from EFT, CBT and mindfulness practice. Clients have shared that they feel very safe and comfortable with me either in-person in my office in Medway Mill or virtually on telehealth. My hope that I can provide my clients with a space to feel safe enough to do the work of healing.

I believe that trauma can be transformed and that you do not have to live with the limitations of past trauma and pain. Trauma resolution does not have to be an excruciating process and my hope is that you walk out of sessions with me with a feeling of hope and empowerment.
