Great to meet you!

I am a mother of 2, grandmother of 4, raised in Northern California. I am a Disabled Airforce Veteran. I enjoy helping and encouraging personal growth. I think my greatest is success is raising two functional adults. That can pass as almost normal.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe best path is straight forward which is why I like CBT-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is based on the idea that what we think, effects the way we feel, which effects the way we behave. I like to collaborate with a patient, I want you to help me help you. I believe everyone deserves respect and kindness. "Be Good-Try Not To Hurt Anybody-Help Who You Can-Everyone Has Their Own Path, This Path Is No One's To Judge."

What you can expect from our first session

I want to know is why you are seeking help? How may I help you? If you don't know exactly what you want help with it's okay. Questions come up after changes such as, loss of a job, getting a new job, end of relationships, all losses and changes experienced in daily life. Can pile up fast. Often there's no time to process. I will ask a lot of questions to try to get to the root. You can ask me lots of questions too, about pretty much anything. I am open-minded, non-judgmental, and want to help.
