Great to meet you!

I'm a compassionate psychologist with over 25 years of experience helping adults and teens manage anxiety, panic, depression, OCD, ADHD, and related disorders, including trichotillomania and skin-picking behaviors. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based treatments—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy—to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. My approach combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion, helping clients build resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Prior to private practice, I served as the Program Chief of the Psychotherapy and Treatment Development Program at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), where I led research on innovative treatments for anxiety and OCD.
