Great to meet you!

Welcome, and thank you for being here. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Public Accountant. This unique combination allows me to help clients navigate both emotional struggles and practical life stressors with greater clarity and confidence. I provide a supportive space to understand the patterns shaping your life and develop practical tools for lasting change. If you’re looking for a therapist who will support you and meet you where you are, I would be honored to walk alongside you!

My approach to therapy

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, financial stress, career concerns, and spiritual direction. I specialize in crisis and trauma, and have served on a Sexual Assault Response Team. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences and move toward meaningful change. I believe energy work can be helpful in the healing process. My approach integrates humanistic, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, attachment styles, narrative therapy, and Gottman techniques. My goal is to help you make it a place that feels safer, calmer, and more supportive—so you can move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and peace.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about creating a strong therapeutic relationship where each client feels seen, valued, and cared for. I will meet you with warmth and non-judgment as we explore the causes of your challenges and how to move forward to create lasting change. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process between the therapist and client, so in therapy, we start where you want to start. Clients often share that, for the first time working with me, they feel truly seen, accepted, and understood. They leave sessions with a renewed sense of hope, deeper self-awareness, and practical tools they can confidently apply in daily life. Come join me!
