Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! Finding the right therapist can make all the difference, and I’m honored you’re here. I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for real, lasting change.

In our work together, I will walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care—creating a space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and respected, without judgment. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Wherever you are right now is a great place to start.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will genuinely listen, support you, and meet you where you are, I would be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I bring a diverse professional background to my practice, with experience as both a Mental Health Therapist and a Financial Counselor. I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Public Accountant. This unique combination allows me to help clients navigate both emotional struggles and practical life stressors with greater clarity and confidence. I also specialize in crisis and trauma, and have served on a Sexual Assault Response Team.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, financial stress, career concerns, and spiritual questions. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences and begin moving toward meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach integrates solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and narrative therapy. Together, we will identify patterns, develop practical strategies, and build tools that help you move forward in healthier and more empowering ways.

You live most of your life inside your mind. My goal is to help you make it a place that feels safer, calmer, and more supportive—so you can move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and peace.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel a mix of emotions. My goal in our first session is to help you feel comfortable and supported.

We’ll begin by getting to know each other. I’ll share a bit about how I work, and I’ll invite you to talk about what brought you in—at your own pace, and in whatever way feels right to you.

We’ll explore what’s been going on in your life and what you’d like help with. If you’re not sure yet, that’s okay—figuring that out can be part of the process. I may ask some background questions to understand your experiences better, and you’re always in control of what you share.

I’ll also go over confidentiality and a few logistics, so you know what to expect.

Most importantly, this first session is simply a space for you to begin—no pressure, no judgment, just support.
