Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or carrying experiences that still affect how you think, feel, and show up in your relationships. Many of the people I work with—service members, veterans, and adults navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions—feel like they have to handle it all alone. You don’t. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s weighing on you and help you feel more grounded, connected, and back in control.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as steady, direct, and easy to talk to. With decades of experience supporting military and civilian communities, I take a practical, compassionate approach that meets you where you are. Our sessions focus on understanding your story, identifying what’s keeping you stuck, and helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and real-life tools that actually work.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready for meaningful change, I invite you to reach out. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can begin at your own pace. I look forward to connecting with you.
