Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate and nonjudgmental mental health care for individuals seeking healing, balance, and personal growth. I believe every person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where my clients feel heard and valued.

My approach is holistic and collaborative — I look at the whole person, not just symptoms, integrating evidence-based treatments with empathy and understanding. Together, we identify meaningful goals and create practical, sustainable solutions that support emotional well-being, resilience, and self-empowerment.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply need a safe place to process your thoughts, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe in treating the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — rather than focusing solely on symptoms. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can speak openly and feel truly understood.

I work in partnership with my patients, helping them explore the root causes of their challenges and develop meaningful, realistic solutions. I integrate evidence-based practices such as psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle strategies to support lasting wellness.

My goal is to empower every individual I work with to build self-awareness, restore balance, and reach their fullest potential.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. We’ll take time to talk about what brought you in, your current concerns, and your goals for treatment. I’ll also gather some background information about your health, lifestyle, and previous mental health experiences — all at a pace that feels right for you.

This session is also an opportunity for you to get to know me and my approach to care. I encourage open conversation, so you can ask questions, share expectations, and discuss what you hope to achieve through our work together.

By the end of the first visit, we’ll create an initial plan of care that may include therapy, medication management, or other holistic strategies tailored to your needs. Most importantly, you’ll leave with a sense of partnership — knowing you have someone who listens without judgment and is committed to helping you find balance, healing, and growth.
