Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience, I enjoy helping teens, adults, families and couples work through challenges and build on their strengths. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, trauma, and family relationships. My approach is direct, supportive, and practical, and I work alongside clients to help them feel understood and develop skills that prioritize making everyday life easier. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, helping clients build practical skills while exploring the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may be affecting their well-being. I use evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs. Whether you're facing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I'll work alongside you to help you create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your concerns, strengths, and goals so we can create a plan that feels right for you. There is no pressure to share everything at once—I want you to feel comfortable and supported. My goal is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard and leave with a clearer sense of direction.
