Great to meet you!

Note: As of August 2026, I have availability for biweekly evening appointments with the possibility of increasing to weekly.

I’m Linden, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing online therapy for LGBTQIA+ adults across Pennsylvania, with a focus on gender-affirming care for transgender, nonbinary, and gender expansive people. I help my clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, identity exploration, relationship concerns, and more. I draw on my professional and lived experience so you can spend less time explaining and more time exploring who you are.

I earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006 and have held a clinical license in Pennsylvania since 2014. As a social worker, my training emphasizes the powerful role that social and environmental factors play in mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. We'll use your personal values as a compass to guide our work. I often integrate evidence-based tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you manage difficult thoughts and emotions. ACT-informed exposure therapy can be effective for anxiety symptoms.

What you can expect from me

During your initial session, we'll go over some important intake information, and then we'll leave plenty of time for you to share your story and ask me questions. One of the most important aspects of therapy is the client-therapist relationship, so we'll also make sure we're a good fit. Over the next few weeks, we’ll get to know one another and begin exploring the issues that brought you to therapy in more depth. We'll move at your pace and focus on what's most important to you.
