My approach to therapy

My approach varies based on the client's needs. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy this approach allows the client to identify and challenge negative thinking. During the session, the client works through exercises to explore their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.

What you can expect from me

I help the client feel comfortable. I ask questions about what led them to therapy and what they have been experiencing lately. The client and I build a treatment plan to help guide the future session. I work with the client to decide what they would like to accomplish. After the client identifies their goals, we work on steps to get them to the desired goal
