Great to meet you!

Welcome!

Clients often describe me as compassionate, collaborative, and practical. As a cancer survivor, I personally understand how life can change overnight and how important it is to feel truly seen and supported while you find a new way of living. I’m solution-oriented and want you to get the most out of every session, but never at the expense of warmth or safety. I approach you through a holistic, family-systems lens, curious about generational patterns, roles, and strength; and I’ll be honest about whether my style is the best fit for your needs. Above all, I want you to feel you can trust me with your vulnerabilities and leave therapy feeling more empowered, confident, and connected in your life.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s in Holistic Counseling Psychology and an emphasis in spiritual psychology. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating questions of meaning and purpose, wanting more satisfying relationships, or moving through major life transitions. I also support parents adjusting to changes in the family system, and people managing chronic medical challenges: including addictions, sports injuries, cancer, and chronic pain. My style is holistic and solution-oriented: I look at emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual factors, and use an eclectic mix of approaches so we can create a plan that truly fits you, not a one-size-fits-all model.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you hope will feel different. I’ll be transparent about my therapeutic approach, ask curious questions, and gather information about your history, current symptoms, medical conditions, and supports so I can assess what’s really going on. From there, we’ll start outlining clear, realistic goals and the next steps toward healing; whether that includes individual work, couples work, or coordination with other specialists. My goal is for you to leave that first appointment feeling understood, grounded, and with a sense that there’s a concrete path forward.
