Great to meet you!

I’m a proud mom of six who knows the value of patience, resilience, and compassion in everyday life. I’m someone who genuinely cares about people—not just their symptoms, but their stories. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health care, where listening with intent is just as important as clinical expertise. My goal is to partner with each person I see, working together to build thoughtful, effective treatment plans that reflect their needs, values, and goals. I work hard, stay open, and continue learning—always aiming to provide care that feels both grounded and empowering.

My approach to therapy

I chose this profession because I’ve seen firsthand how mental health touches every part of life. Nursing gave me a foundation in caring for the whole person, and psychiatric practice allows me to bring that same compassion and precision to those facing emotional and psychological challenges. For me, it’s not just a career—it’s a calling to help people feel seen, supported, and capable of growth, even in the hardest times.

What you can expect from me

The first appointment is about building a professional relationship and getting to know each other in a comfortable, non‐judgmental space. We’ll talk through your concerns, your history, and what you hope to achieve. My focus is on listening, understanding, and creating a plan together that feels right for you. This visit sets the foundation for ongoing care built on trust, openness, and collaboration.
