Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with anxiety and burn out that affects your relationships and day to day life? Do you feel exhausted and overwhelmed by your anxious attachment, perfectionism, and people-pleasing habits? Do you wonder if your life and relationships could feel differently? Now more than ever people are feeling anxious and uncertain about building the relationships that they desire, finding their self-worth, and creating a life that feels authentic and meaningful to them. If any of this feels true for you, then you’ve come to the right place. I believe you can create the life and relationships that you want.

My approach to therapy

I offer individual, couples, and group counseling for adults facing anxiety, relationship issues, anxious attachment, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or are recovering from narcissistic abuse. In working together, I help you to understand what patterns may be standing in the way of your goals, guide you through the process of letting go of patterns that no longer serve you, then help you to create healthy and fulfilling relationships, and a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

A little background on me: I am originally from Washington state. I went to Baylor University where I played for the Baylor Women's Soccer Team. I majored in Psychology at Baylor and went on to earn my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University. I love exercising, traveling, spending quality time with loved ones, cuddling with my cat, and reading fiction. In my spare time you can often find me spending time with my husband and cat, exploring nature, traveling, exercising, reading, or grabbing a meal with friends.
