Great to meet you!

From the outside, you may appear successful, capable, and in control. Yet internally, you may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or a persistent sense that you're never doing enough. Many of my clients are professionals in high pressure work settings who are accustomed to caring for others or managing significant responsibilities while quietly struggling themselves. My goal is to provide a warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental environment where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck

My approach to therapy

I believe that meaningful change comes from developing insight while strengthening your sense of agency. Rather than offering quick fixes or advice, I help you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself so that you can make choices that feel authentic and aligned with your values. I believe that you are your own greatest resource.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or simply feel disconnected from yourself despite outward success, therapy can provide an opportunity for lasting growth. If you're ready to begin—or even just considering taking that first step—I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
