Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen and supported. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance-related concerns, using a collaborative and evidence-based approach tailored to each individual. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, build healthier patterns, and create meaningful change at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

approach therapy as a balance of insight and action. Together, we explore underlying patterns, beliefs, and experiences while also focusing on practical tools clients can use in daily life. My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that support meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on safety, understanding, and collaboration. We’ll explore what brings you in, your current challenges, and your goals, while making sure the process feels supportive and manageable. You are always in control of what you share, and we’ll move at a pace that respects your comfort and boundaries.
