Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical neuropsychologist and board-certified behavior analyst with specialized training in neuropsychology and neurodiversity-affirming care. I work with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of presenting concerns, including ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, and complex relational patterns.

My background includes extensive experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, helping clients better understand how their brains work and how to adapt with insight and clarity. I also work with high-achieving and twice-exceptional individuals navigating emotional depth, perfectionism, and identity.

Beyond credentials, I bring curiosity, honesty, and a strong sense of ethics into the room. Therapy with me often feels both structured and deeply personal, we're not just managing symptoms; we're making meaning.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and rooted in both psychodynamic and evidence-based frameworks. I integrate relational, cognitive-behavioral, and neurobiological perspectives to tailor treatment to your needs. I pay close attention to how early experiences, attachment, and current stressors shape your patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating.

Whether we're unpacking thought patterns, navigating a life transition, or processing relational wounds, I work with a balance of depth and practicality. I also bring a strong focus on identity, meaning-making, and authenticity, especially for clients who feel like they've always had to "perform" in order to belong.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave with a deeper understanding of their patterns and practical tools to navigate them. Whether you're processing trauma, burnout, or neurodivergent experiences like masking or sensory overwhelm, I offer a space where your story is met with care, not correction.

You'll gain insight, regulation strategies, and a clearer sense of self without having to trade authenticity for adaptation. Our work is collaborative, paced to your nervous system, and rooted in respect for your complexity.
