Great to meet you!

I am a provider who is accepting an affirming of all people, providing a safe space for BIPOC and folks whom identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ communities.

As a former high school and middle school teacher and coach, I enjoy working with children and adolescents through a style that could be described as both warm and direct. I also enjoy working with adults helping them to feel both seen and empowered with a warm, yet goal-oriented approach to therapy.

I am a graduate of The University of Michigan and Indiana Wesleyan University. I can provide therapy in a variety of areas including but not limited to: OCD, Trauma, Anxiety, Adjustment, Grief, Depression, and LGBTQIA+ issues and support.

As an open-minded person and a lover of sports, I enjoy helping people to find a more fulfilled version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I am an eclectic therapist who uses: DBT, CBT, Feminist Theory, Narrative Approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Theory.
