She brings warmth and care into sessions for each person's unique experiences in life and eloquently tailors this inherent quality of hers into her treatment of clients. Lindsay considers each client's needs and utilizes a holistic person-centered and CBT-informed approach.

My approach to therapy

Through my own encounters with anxiety, depression and grief, and the impact it can have on everyday life, I have gained a keen awareness of how debilitating these feelings can be. This personal experience fuels my desire to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and gain a deeper understanding of their mental health. I am particularly focused on helping clients challenge negative thought patterns and embrace self-compassion, showing them that it is possible to redefine their experiences through a lens of hope and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

My holistic approach seeks to help clients untangle these feelings, offering support that addresses not only the emotional symptoms but also the underlying anxieties and depressive thoughts that may arise from their experiences. Ultimately, my vision as a counselor is to create a warm and inviting space where individuals feel validated and understood. I aspire to demystify the stigmas surrounding mental health and encourage my clients to embrace their journeys toward healing. By providing empathetic support and practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and grief, I hope to help individuals reclaim their narratives and find renewed strength in their experiences.
