Great to meet you!

My name is Lindsay, and I am a licensed therapist. Helping you navigate your life journey is something that I am committed in doing. As your therapist, I am here to support you and help you achieve the goals that you truly want out of life. Whether you are taking your first step into therapy or have extensive experience, I strive to honor your journey and act as an important resource for helping you live a happier, healthier, more satisfying life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that self-compassion is essential for successful therapy and I encourage all of my clients to adopt this approach throughout our sessions. As your therapist, I look at you as an individual and I always tailor my approach to align with your specific needs. I focus on developing an open, honest relationship with every client and I provide encouragement and motivation to do the hard work of healing together.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a journey, and you are not alone in this. The first couple of sessions will be getting to know you; we will discuss your history, challenges, goals, stressors, and strengths, etc. I think that it is important for all clients to be able to feel supported, understood, and validated, after the initial session and each session thereafter. I want to support you, so that you can be the best that you can be; helping you discover the true strength that you possess.
