Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with first responders, military members, and people of all ages who are carrying high levels of anxiety, stress, or the weight of what they’ve been through at work, at home, or at school. I help you quiet that constant internal alarm, process difficult experiences, and feel calmer, more connected, and back in control of your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as teamwork. Together, we’ll create a space where you can talk honestly about what you’ve been carrying and start to feel more in control of your mind and body again. We’ll look at the full picture of your life and build practical tools so you can find lasting relief and reconnect with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on what’s bringing you to therapy now and how different parts of your life may be affecting how you feel. We’ll choose 2–3 goals to guide our first few sessions, leave time for your questions, and help you get comfortable in the therapy space. We’ll also talk about scheduling and how often you’d like to meet so our work fits realistically into your life.
