Great to meet you!

Licensed in CA & MO, in-person office in KCMO. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with attachment and religious trauma, women, neurodivergence, relationship issues, depth work, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

I tend to focus on emotions, our place in societal systems, and the impacts of our early relationships in understanding how we operate in our daily lives. I believe it is through relationship that we are fundamentally changed, and the door to which ongoing growth lies. Not only the therapeutic relationship, but your relationship with yourself, with safe and trusted friends and family, and your local and broader community. Additionally, processing unprocessed memories through a type of therapy called EMDR can provide a path to more rapid healing.

What you can expect from me

I will probably work with you on healing relationships, processing unprocessed memories, knowing yourself and your history, connecting with your emotions and needs, having compassion for yourself and others, and challenging messages about who you are "supposed" to be while embracing who you are. Please reach out with any questions to see if we might be a good fit!
