Great to meet you!

I’m Lindsay, a queer-identified licensed clinical social worker, and I’m really glad you’re here. I work with individuals and couples who want a space to be real—no pressure to have it all figured out. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, stress, and anxiety. For couples, I focus on trust issues, parenting dynamics, and fertility-related stress. Together, we’ll work to understand patterns, improve communication, and build a stronger, more connected foundation.

My approach to therapy

My style is laid-back, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I show up as a human first and therapist second. Sessions are grounded in my training in talk therapy, trauma-focused CBT, PMT, and IFS while also incorporating mindfulness, creativity, and a strengths-based perspective. I tailor each session to you, because healing is as uniquely human as you are.

What you can expect from me

Grab a cup of coffee or tea, a snack and a comfy place to sit and let's chat. You don’t need to prepare anything or show up a certain way. Just come as you are. We’ll figure things out together. Let go of your self-doubt and welcome confidence, resilience, and growth.
