So happy you're here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Colorado. My deepest passion is supporting parents and caregivers of neurodivergent kids who struggle with big behaviors. Parenting dysregulated kids can feel isolating and overwhelming, especially when traditional parenting approaches don't fit your unique family. I get it and I'm here to support you.

I offer person-centered, evidence-based treatment based on your specific needs and goals. My eclectic approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and solution-focused strategies.

My work is grounded in a deep understanding of the nervous system. I help clients recognize and respond to patterns of dysregulation, build internal safety, and experience healing through connection. Whether we're working on trauma, relationships, parenting, or anxiety, I create a supportive space where safety and nervous system awareness are central to your healing.

My goal is for you to walk out of each session feeling truly seen, supported, and a little more grounded in yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating space to explore, process, and grow at your own pace. I offer a calm, non-judgmental environment where your experiences are met with care and curiosity.
